Generating an Existing Report

Existing reports are generated from the Report Manager tab (Report Manager) of the Report Center and are displayed in the Report tab (Generated Report Attributes), where it can be modified, printed, exported and more.

Prerequisites: You must have 'Allow Access to Report Center', 'View / Run Reports', and access to the report's folder.

To generate a report:

  1. Find the report you want to generate from the Report Manager, using Quick Links or FoldersClosedElectronic bins used to store files with similar attributes. Folders are created and populated from the management form..
  2. Click on the report name or ID. The report runs and opens in the Report tab.
