Creating a Report Folder

Prerequisites: You must have the 'Manage Public Report FoldersClosedElectronic bins used to store files with similar attributes. Folders are created and populated from the management form.' function enabled for your role

To create a report folder:

  1. In the Report Management panel, hover over an existing folder: My Reports to create a private folder, Public to create a folder for all users to access, or any of their subfolders.
  2. Click the pencil icon that appears, and click New folder.
  3. In the New Folder dialog, type in a name for the new folder.
  4. Click Create.

    The folder will be created as child of the folder originally selected (in step 1).
