Accessing a Recently Run Report

The Report History is a list of recently run reports in Report Center, which includes saved and unsaved reports and any revisions. This is especially useful for being able to access a report you previously created or edited but did not save it. Report History can be accessed from the Report Toolbar or the Recently run reports link in the Report Management panel. See Recently Run Reports.

Note: These reports appear in the list of Recently Run reports until it is cleared with the Clear History button.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'Allow Access to Report Center' function enabled for your role, and access to any public/private reports you wish to view.

To access a recently run report:

  1. Do one of the following:
    1. From the Report tab, click the Report History toolbar button.
    2. From the Report Manager, click the Recently Run Reports Quick Link.

    The list of recently run reports appear. Edited or re-run reports are indicated with a revision number next to the Report Name.

  2. Click on the report name.
    The report opens in the Report tab.
