Viewing Response Details

Prerequisites: You must have the 'Patient Experience' function enabled for your role.

To view the full details of the survey response:

  1. In the Responses tab of the Patient Experience page, select the response. On the left side of the page, a panel displays the name of the respondent, the date and time at which the survey was submitted, and responses to all the survey questions.
  2. Note: If no name is entered in the response for contact details, the response will display "Anonymous" in place of the respondent's name.
  3. (If a response is already selected) You can also click Review Response to open the response details panel.
  4. Review the response details.
  5. Tip: If the response to a question triggers a priority flag, the purple Priority flag is displayed next to the question.
  6. (If you have additional sections) Click on the Comments tab to view additional comments and Contact Details tab to view contact information (i.e. name, phone, email, Relationship of respondent to patient).
  7. (Optional) If you determine that there is an issue contained in the response which requires further documentation in RL6:Feedback, use the Send to Feedback option (page 1).
  8. (Optional) Click Done if all work is completed (page 1).
  9. When you are finished reviewing, you can click the close icon (X) to close the panel and return to the Responses tab.
