Patient Experience Surveys
Patient Experience Surveys is an add-on tool for the RL6:Feedback module that allows users to capture feedback from patients using secure online surveys. The Patient Experience Surveys tool gives you the ability to do the following:
- Build online surveys for patients (i.e. children and adults)
- Distribute surveys using URL
The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is the address of an internet resource, such as a web page. It includes the protocol used to access the page, such as HTTP. A sample URL is http://www.rlsolutions.com. links
- Receive survey responses into the RL6 system in real-time as they are submitted,
- Review single responses and escalate to RL6:Feedback when needed and,
- Monitor and track survey data to identify areas for improvement in patient care.
To access the tool, click on the Patient Experience icon in the left navigational tool bar. The Patient Experience page displays three tabs: Responses, Surveys and Initiatives.
Note: Only licensed RL6:Feedback users can use the Patient Experience Surveys tool. Licensed users with File manager, basic administrator, and administrator roles must have the Feedback module role function “Patient Experience” enabled in order to access the Patient Experience page. When this role function is not enabled, the Patient Experience icon is not displayed.
