Response Filters

By default, the Responses tab inbox (right panel) shows all survey responses in order of submission time. The left panel contains filters you can use to display a focused list of responses in your response inbox for easier survey response management. See the table below for a description of each filter.

Filter

Description

Survey Name

To see responses for a specific survey, select the survey from the Survey Name drop-down menu.

Note: You can also enter a portion of the survey name and select the survey from matching search results.

Status

Choose one of the following options:

  • Show All – displays all responses (i.e. all marked done and not done).
  • Done – displays only responses which are marked done.
  • Not Done – displays only responses which have not been marked done. This is selected by default.

Priority

Choose one of the following options:

  • Show All – displays all responses (i.e. those where the priority flag in one or more questions have been triggered as well as those responses that have no priority flag triggered). This is selected by default.
  • Priority – displays survey responses where respondents have selected an answer option flagged for priority.
  • Note: The priority flag is configured for individual questions when building a survey.
  • Not priority – displays only responses which have no priority flag.

To see which question(s) in a survey that triggered a priority flag, select the survey and open the Review Response panel. See Viewing Response Details.

Follow-up requested

Choose one of the following options:

  • Show All – displays all responses that have and do not have follow-up requested.
  • Follow-up requested – displays only responses where a follow-up is requested.
  • No follow-up requested – displays only responses where no follow-up is requested.
