Send to Feedback Survey Options
When building a survey, you have the option to have the system automatically create a RL6:Feedback file for every survey response. In this section, there are two options:
- None - choose this option if you do not want the system to create a RL6:Feedback file for every survey response. Responses are submitted to the Patient Experience Surveys tool. Users can review each response and decide to send a survey response to RL6:Feedback manually. See Sending a Response to Feedback.
- Auto create a Feedback File for every survey response - choose this option to ensure that for every survey response submitted, the system will also automatically create a new file in RL6:Feedback based on the response. When you choose this option, additional options become available. From the Issue Classification drop-down, choose a default issue classification (e.g. Compliment). Then, choose one of the following options to determine the default issue type used for Feedback files: Multi-Issue or Single -Issue. When a survey response is submitted, a Feedback file is automatically created. In the Responses tab, you can access the response which also displays the Feedback file number.
