Defining the Content in Schedules

The Content tab is used to determine which reports are generated, which file interchange packages are executed or which alerts are evaluated when the schedule is triggered. A schedule can contain multiple reports, file interchange packages or alerts. At this time, RL6:Infection does not support the ability to add reports to schedules.

Prerequisites: The 'Schedules', 'Create Schedules' and 'Edit Schedules' role functions must be enabled.

To use the Content tab:

  1. Open the Schedule dialog by editing the schedule or creating a new one (page 1) and click the Content tab.
  2. Select the Content Type. For RL6:Infection, this is limited to AlertsClosedA warning that is sent out in the form of an email and/or an in-system alert notification under defined circumstances (e.g. an abnormally high number of complaints or incidents are reported, a high severity incident occurs, or when a file is ignored for a given period of time). Alerts are created by your administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly)..
  3. Caution! Changing the content type will remove any existing items.
  4. Click Add to select content (page 1).
  5. Once content has been added, select an item to activate these links:
    1. Modify – to open the Modify Content dialog, which is very similar to the Add Content dialog.
    2. Remove – to remove the item from the content list.
    3. Note: Only the Remove link remains active when multiple records are selected.
    4. Move Up or Move Down – to reorder the content in the list, which dictates the order of attachments and notifications in the schedule email.
  6. See other Schedule dialog functions:
