Adding, Modifying, and Copying Schedules

Prerequisites: The 'Schedules', 'Create Schedules', 'Edit Schedules' and 'Make Schedules Active/ inactive' role functions must be enabled.

In the Schedules page, you can:

  • Click New to add a new schedule. Then, in the Schedule dialog define the properties for the new schedule in the Schedule dialog box.
  • Select an existing schedule from the list and click Edit to change the properties in the Schedule dialog box.
  • Select an existing schedule and click Copy to create a new schedule based on an existing one. The new schedule will be named "Copy of <original schedule>". Rename the schedule and change the properties as required in the Schedule dialog box.
  • Note: All assignments (i.e., User Groups, Roles, Individuals) are also copied to the new schedule and have the same settings (e.g. Primary, Run As, Notify By) and sequence as the original.

The Schedule dialog is used to define and edit schedule attributes. It consists of five tabs: 1) General (Defining General Properties for Schedules), 2) Recurrence (Setting Schedule Recurrence), 3) MessageClosedThe test results are received via a message from the client integration engine to the RL integration engine. Each message may contain one or more test results; these test results only pertain to a single order. (Configuring Email Messages for Schedules ), 4) Recipients (Assigning Recipients in Schedules ) and 5) Content (Defining the Content in Schedules).
