Copying to FIM Personal Views

You can create a new personal view based on an existing personal view or system view using the copy function.

Prerequisites: The 'Allow access to FIM' role function must be enabled.

To copy a view:

1. Select a view from the Views panel.
2. In the Views panel, click on the Settings icon and choose Copy. The Properties dialog is displayed to show the current settings.
3. In the Caption field, edit the name of the caption. By default, the caption states: “Copied From <Name of Selected View>”.
4. Edit additional settings as required.
5. Click Save.

The new view is saved to the Personal Views list.
