Creating a New Patient

To create a new patient:

1. Access a Patient Events page of any patient (Patient Events and Activities).
2. Click the New Patient link. The New Patient dialog appears.
3. At a minimum complete the required fields (marked with a green asterisk), but it is best to provide as much detail as possible.
4. Click Save. The Patient Events page appears for the new patient.
