Creating, Editing or Copying a User

The fields used to define, modify or copy a user profile are grouped under one of six tabs of the User dialog box: User Info (Editing a User's Information), Settings (Changing User Settings), Roles (Editing a User's Role Assignments), User Groups, Act As (Enabling Users to Act As the Current User) and Schedules (Adding or Removing a User from a Schedule). The User Info tab contains the individual’s contact details and User ID. If you are creating a new user, you must complete the required fields before continuing to another tab.
