Changing the Status of Files

The File Export & Status field can be used to change the selected files’ statuses, as described below:

1. Access the File List page and filter the list of files as desired (Viewing and Filtering Files). If necessary, use the search feature to locate the files for which you would like to change the status (not shown, see Searching for Specific Files).
2. Check the box next to each file you would like to modify.
3. In the File Export & Status list, choose a status from the list (see File Fields Descriptions for details.)
   After choosing the status, the page is refreshed. In this example, because New Follow-Ups are being viewed and the status of the files has been changed to In Progress, the files will be removed from the list.
