Viewing Alert Notification Details

The Notification Details dialog box shows you the contents of the alert message along with alert setup details.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'In-System Alert Notifications' function enabled for your role

To view alert notification details:

  1. Go to the Alert Notification Management page. (page 1)
  2. If necessary, locate the alert notification you would like to view. (page 1)
  3. Check the box next to the alert notification to select the entry you would like to view.
  4. Note: You may only view one alert notification at a time. If you check more than one box, the Open link deactivates.
  5. Click Open. (Alternatively, click the Notification ID to open the alert.)
  6. If you would like to view the alert details, click the More Details link.
  7. Note: If the Alert or Schedule associated with your notification has been deleted, the text “Information not available” may display for some fields.
  8. Click the drop-down next to a patient name to view the patient menu (i.e., sub-menu links to navigate directly to the Events and Activity page, Staff Health page, Inbox, FilesClosedThe electronic record created when a user submits an incident report, such as a fall or medication error, or when a patient provides feedback. Some organizations refer to files as events, reports, or cases. page, Contact Tracing or to Create New File).
