Alert Notification Management Page

Alert notifications help you manage your files and identify trends more effectively by providing timely notice when a set of conditions is met. AlertsClosedA warning that is sent out in the form of an email and/or an in-system alert notification under defined circumstances (e.g. an abnormally high number of complaints or incidents are reported, a high severity incident occurs, or when a file is ignored for a given period of time). Alerts are created by your administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). are created by an administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). The alert notification may be emailed to you but can always be seen from the Alert Notification Management page.

Before opening an alert notification, it has the status New. Once opened, the status becomes In‑Progress. When finished with the notification, you can change the status to Acknowledged or delete the record.

  1. Click the Alerts navigation button or the New Alert Notifications tile in the Info Center to access the Alert Notification Management page. You will see the Views Panel, which contains System and Personal Views.
  2. Alert email notifications may also contain links that take you to the Alert Notification Management page (not shown).
