Searching for Alert Notifications

The Alert Notification Management page shows unacknowledged and acknowledged alerts. You can use the Search functionality in the Alert Notification Management page. See Searching for Alert Notifications on the Search Page.

Tip: If the role function has been granted, users can also search for alerts on the main Search page, by selecting AlertsClosedA warning that is sent out in the form of an email and/or an in-system alert notification under defined circumstances (e.g. an abnormally high number of complaints or incidents are reported, a high severity incident occurs, or when a file is ignored for a given period of time). Alerts are created by your administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). as a content filter.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'In-System Alert Notifications' and 'Search' role functions enabled for your role.

To search for alert notifications in RL6:Risk, Feedback, Claims, RiskRegister, PeerReview, RootCause:

  1. Go to the Alert Notification Management page and in the Search field, enter one of the following:
    1. Alert Notification ID
    2. text contained in the Subject, Alert Name or Scheduled Name
  2. Click the Search icon. The system generates a list of alert notifications matching your entry.
  3. Locate the alert notification and click on the Notification ID to view the file, or check the box beside the file to choose another action.
  4. Note: By default, alerts are categorized into system views according to their various states. Users can search the content of any of their views.

For RL6:Risk, Feedback, Claims, RiskRegister, PeerReview, RootCause:

To search for alert notifications in RL6:Infection:

  1. Go to the Alert Notifications page.
  2. Click the Search link that appears above the result list. The Search Notification dialog appears.
  3. Complete one or more search fields.
  4. Click OK. The dialog box is closed and the records that match your criteria are displayed.
  5. Tip: To remove your search filters, click the Reset link that appears above the result list. By default, the Alert Notifications page shows Unacknowledged Alerts. Click the Show Acknowledged link to include all alerts in result list.
