Modifying Report Snapshot Properties

The Snapshots tab allows you to view snapshots created from the report, view snapshot properties and remove snapshots from the database.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'View Report Properties' and 'View Snapshot Properties' enabled for your role.

To view snapshot details for a report:

  1. Access the Report Properties dialog box (Modifying Report and Snapshot Properties) and click the Snapshots tab.
  2. To work with the associated snapshots, check the box(es) next to the desired snapshots:
    1. Click Properties to open the Snapshot Properties dialog.
    2. Click Delete to remove the report from the schedule. Click OK when the delete confirmation displays.
    3. Note: you must have the "Delete Snapshots" function enabled for your role.
  3. Click OK to save your changes or navigate to another tab: General (Modifying Report and Snapshot Properties) or Schedules (Adding a Report to a Schedule).
