Viewing the Patient Record Summary

The Summary tab is the default tab of the Patient Record page.

To use the Patient Record Summary tab:

1. Open a patient record (not shown, see Viewing a Patient Record).
2. Three tables display the most recent values for the following: Vital signs, Microbiology, and Laboratory TestThe type of test or service that was requested. A single order may require 1 or more tests to be performed.. (See the specific tab for more detailed information.)
3. Click a tab on the navigation bar to go to a different screen.
