Adding an Icon Wall Template

When you create a new icon wall template, you define its basic structure first: how many Sets, Rows and Columns should it contain. Once created, these can be viewed by selecting the template and clicking the Properties link; these values cannot be edited once the template is saved. The Name, Description and Format, however, may be edited at any time.

Prerequisites: The 'Icon Wall Templates' role function must be enabled.

To add an icon wall template:

1. Access the Icon Wall Templates page (not shown, see Updating Icon Wall Icons) and click the New link. When a template is selected, the New link is disabled.
2. Enter a unique Name (required) and Description for the template. The end user does not see these values.
3. Keep the default format set to 6.4 Icon Wall.
4. Click OK. The new template is created. You may now add the appropriate icons to the template (Editing an Icon Wall Template).
