Updating Icon Wall Icons

The Icon Wall page displays a grid of images that are linked to submission forms. When a new form is created, the last step in making it accessible to users is to link it to an icon and adding that icon to a template. As an administrator, you can upload new images and modify or delete existing ones.

Prerequisites: The 'Icon Wall Icons' role function must be enabled.

To access the Icon Wall icons page:

  1. Click the Logged in as menu and click Admin Center (not shown).
  2. Under the Appearances and Personalization heading, click the Icon Wall Icons link (not shown).
  3. Click New to create a new icon (Adding an Icon).
  4. Select an icon and click Edit to modify the name, description, caption, image or associated form.
  5. Select one or more icons and click Delete to remove the icons from the database. You must click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  6. Note: You may not delete icons that have been added to an Icon Wall Template.
