Duplicating a Question Set

You can create a duplicate of an existing questing set from the Analysis Questions Set page using the Duplicate function. With the exception of Associated File Type, Constraint Set and Import Rules, the data from the selected set will be copied to the new set.

To copy a question set:

  1. In the Analysis Questions Set page, check the box next to the question set to be copied. The Copy button now appears.
  2. Click Copy. A new record is created with data from the selected set populated in the Analysis Questions Set page. The name is the duplicated with “Copy” appended to it.
  3. (Optional) Edit the name.
  4. Choose an Associated File Type to associate the question set to a file type.

  6. In the Define Import Rules section, choose an option from the Select Form Component drop-down.
  7. In the To: Form Component Fields column of the grid, select the fields which each Question Set field should map to within the form.
  8. Go to the Question Set tab and add, edit or delete any of the questions as required.
  9. Click Save to save the record.
