Syncing the Patient Library

This task is required to begin using the Patient Center after a software update from v6.7.2 and to update the patient library and files if patient describers have been modified. This step populates the Patient Center with all the patients and their files already in the system.

To start the Patient Library Sync:

  1. Ensure the settings in all of the Patient Library Management (page 1) tabs are set up, as desired.
  2. Click the Patient Library Sync tab.
  3. If there are any mandatory settings that have not been set up, the item is identified in the list. Return to the necessary tab to complete the mandatory settings.
  4. When all the mandatory settings have been configured, click Sync Patient Library.
