Modifying Allergy Severities

To modify the allergy severity mappings:

1. Go to Patient Library Management (not shown).
2. Click the Patient Data Mapping tab.
   In the Allergy Severities section, you will see allergy mappings in the format <HL7Health Level-7 is an international set of open standards used to format data and content, allowing different health information systems to easily and effectively communicate with one another. allergy code> = <RL6 allergy value>.
3. From the drop-down list next to an allergy code, select the value to which you want to map: Severe, Moderate, Mild or Unknown.
4. Click Save.
