PolicyStat Configuration

PolicyStat is a web-based software application used for managing policies, procedures, and other documentation.

For organizations that use both the RL6 and PolicyStat applications, a connection can be configured to integrate PolicyStat data into the RL6 application so that RL6 users can do the following:

  • Add web links to PolicyStat documents in RL6 forms. Viewing relevant policies provides assistance for file entry or file management users filling out forms.
  • Configure forms to include a section to add contributing policies. File entry or file management users can download and save policies to forms where a policy itself is a contributing factor to an event.

If this functionality is available for your organization, the first step to integrating policy data into RL6 is to configure a connection to the PolicyStat application.

Configuring the PolicyStat Connection

Note: PolicyStat integration is used for RL6:Risk, RL6:Feedback, RL6:Claims and RL6:RootCause modules.

  6. Click Save.
