Patient Center

Patient Center provides a holistic view of all files pertaining to a patient across various RL6 modules (i.e., Risk, Feedback, Claims, PeerReview and SafetyHuddles). It offers a centralized place where users can view a patient's history. To open Patient Center, click the Patient Center button from the navigation bar.

Prerequisites: Patient Center uses specific fields to find all the files pertaining to a patient. Because of this, the following fields must be set up to be either mandatory or always populated by a lookup:

• DOB
• MRN
• Last Name

Users must have the Allow User to access Patient Center role function to access Patient Center.
