File Info Center System and Personal Views

The Views panel contains two types:

• System Views are created and distributed by your system administrator and only system administrators will be able to modify the format, layout or filter of these views. (You can, however, export System View grid content as well as rearrange the order of views.) System Views are role-based. This means that all users assigned to a specific user role will see and share the same views.
• Personal Views are custom views for your use which can be created, modified, and deleted without impact to other users, provided you have the proper role permissions.
