Deleting a Personal View in Tasks

System Views can only be deleted by your system administrator. Users can delete a Personal View, provided they have been granted the role permission to do so.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'Personal Views' function enabled for your role.

To delete a personal view:

  1. On the Task Management page, select a view from the Personal Views list.
  2. Click the Settings icon and click Delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click OK to continue. (To cancel the operation, click Cancel.)

Note: Deleting a personal view may remove access to a group of defined tasks from your Task Management page but it does not delete the tasks themselves. See Deleting Tasks for more information.
