Task System and Personal Views

Task System views can contain tasks for multiple modules, or they can be defined to show a specific module. In all views, however, tasks display standard information: who is assigned, what is required (task type) and when is it due to be completed.

The Views panel contains two types:

• System Views are created by your system administrator and only system administrators will be able to modify the format, layout or filter of these views. (You can, however, export System View grids and rearrange the order of views within Task list.) System Views are role-based. This means that all users assigned to a specific user role will see and share the same views.
• Personal Views are custom views for your use which can be created, modified, and deleted without impact to other users, provided you have the proper role permissions.
