Changing Your Password

Prerequisites: You must be granted the ability to change your password by your administrator in Security Policies.

Note: If you need to change an expired password or are logging in to the application for the first time, see Changing an Expired Password.

To change your password:

  1. Open the User Profile dialog box (page 1).
  2. Click the Change Password button.
  3. Enter your current password into the Old Password field.
  4. Type new password you would like to use in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. See Password Requirements for password requirement details.
  5. Hover over the help icon next to the Confirm Password field to view any restrictions that have been placed on the password by your administrator.
  6. Click OK. Your password is changed and you are returned to the User Profile dialog.
