Audit Log Search Result Functions

The audit log activity matching your search criteria is displayed in the results section. The results are initially sorted in descending order by date and time. You can view the details of an entry, open an associated file or sort the results by column heading.

You can do the following with audit log search results:

  1. Click the [+] next to an event to reveal the details.
  2. In the result list, locate the record about which you would like more details:
    1. Column Headings – click once to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.
    2. Page Navigation – choose more results per page or click the page number you would like to access.
  3. Click one of the buttons in the lower right corner of the page:
    1. Email – to send the audit log as an attachment via email.
    2. Export – to open or save the file as a Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet.
    3. Print – to send the log to a printer defined on your computer’s operating system.
  4. Select how much of the Audit Log to include: All events on the current page or All events and expanded details.
  5. For Email, select MS Outlook to open your email program to send the message or choose Email Service and fill out the rest of the fields to send the email directly from this dialog. Click Email to continue.
