Audit Log Search Fields

The following fields are used to filter the result list for audit log records:

Field

Description

EventClosedA patient or employee related occurrence which is recorded in paper or electronic format. Once recorded, an event file is reviewed by a file manager who may involve other individuals (e.g. using tasks and follow-ups features) to help investigate and resolve the event.

A drop-down list that allows you to choose an action stored in the audit log.

Description

For some audit log records, such as reports, alerts or schedules, you can search by item title or ID.

Field

Select a field used on a form (Locating Fields) to limit the audit log search results.

File

Use the File Search dialog box (Searching for Files in the File Search Dialog (page 1) ) to view all actions taken on a single case.

Date Range

Use the calendar entry pop-up to view activity from, up to, or between two dates.

IPClosed1. Internet Protocol 2. (For Infection) Infection Practitioner. An individual works to reduce the acquisition of healthcare-associated infections in patients, residents and staff at a healthcare organization. Address

The internet protocol address of the computer used to perform the action. This information can help identify which workstations are most used to create files.

User

Use the Select User dialog box to limit the results to actions performed by a single user or user group.
