Audit Log Entries

There are two different audit logs that are used to capture events:

  • File-Level Entries – use the File Audit Log link to view user-initiated events performed on a file. For example, opening a file, changing the state of a file or generating a report is captured as a file-level entry. See File Audit Log for a list of codes.
  • System-Level Events – use the System Audit Log link to view automatic actions taken by services. Configuration settings are also captured in the audit log. For example, automatic email notifications, login attempts, session time-outs and schedule imports, among others, are captured as well. See System Audit Log for a list of codes.
