User Groups Overview

Users Groups are lists made up of users may be different in some respects but share certain common responsibilities in your organization and, thus, should have the same common interactions with the RL6 application. A user group can contain users with different licenses and roles, as determined by the system administrator. User groups can also be used to assign tasks or invite staff to a Safety Huddle.

The User Groups feature allows you to tie multiple users to a single entity (i.e., group), which you can then assign to different elements within the RL6 application, e.g., alert schedules or Info Center views.

Note: Each member of the group is still subject to the permissions dictated by their assigned role and scope but have access to common attributes.
