Importing Analysis Questions

In addition to creating your questions, you can also import questions that have been defined by your system administrator in the Analysis Question Library.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'View File' and 'Edit File' functions enabled for your role.

To import analysis questions:

  1. In the Investigations & Analysis tab, click Import.
  2. A dialog appears showing the list of all Analysis Questions for the form. Clear the boxes for any questions that are not needed.
  3. Click Import. The selected questions are imported into the file with a card for each question.
  4. Select a card in the left panel. The right panel displays the question.
  5. Note: The content in the Instructions/Prompts field is read-only and has been pre-defined to provide additional instructions/prompts for documenting findings.
  6. Use the Findings field to enter a response to the question.
  7. (Optional) Fill in the Category and Subcategory fields.
  8. Check the Root Cause box if this specific factor has been identified as a root cause.
  9. Review each card to help you in your investigation and use the fields provided to document your findings.

    You can also add new questions or edit and delete imported questions as required for your investigation.

  10. Click Save & Exit
