Accessing RL6:Infection File Properties

The File Properties dialog allows you to view information about the file’s creation, current state and status. More importantly, it allows you to change the file owner.

To access file properties:

1. Access the File List page and filter the list of files to locate the file (Viewing and Filtering Files).
2. Hover over the File Number link and click Properties. The Properties dialog opens.
3. File information is grouped by one of three tabs:
   1. General (shown) – shows the file details, including the date and user who created, last modified, last accessed, closed and deleted the file.
   2. Status/Ownership (Modifying Surveillance File Status/Ownership) – allows you to view and change the status of the file and add a responsible and current file owner.
   3. Security – the features available from this tab are not currently supported in RL6:Infection.
4. Click the Save or Cancel button to return to the file.
