Question Wizard Buttons

The first five buttons in the table below are always displayed in the Question Wizard. If you access the Question Wizard from generated report or have saved a set of default parameters for the Question Wizard, the Reset Defaults and Clear Defaults buttons are also available.

Table 2-13: Using Question Wizard Buttons
Button	Description
Open in Report Editor	RL6:Risk and RL6:Feedback only. Enters the parameters and values currently defined in the Question Wizard into the Report Editor. Once a report has been saved in the Report Editor, it cannot be opened in the Question Wizard.
Run Report	Generates the report using the parameters entered. If one or more values have not been selected, an error message displays when you click this button.
Cancel	Returns to the Question Wizards dialog, where you can choose another report type (Accessing the Question Wizard).
Clear Form	Removes all parameter selections and returns the question wizard to its default setting. If you have saved your own defaults, the next time the Question Wizard is loaded your default parameters appear.
Save as Default	Uses the selected parameters and values the next time the Question Wizard is loaded.
Reset Defaults	If you have saved your own default parameters and values, the Reset Defaults button returns the Question Wizard parameters to your default setting. (This button is only available if the Question Wizard has been accessed from a generated report or if it has saved parameters.)
Clear Defaults	Removes your saved defaults and returns the Question Wizard to its original setting. (This button is only available if the Question Wizard has been accessed from a generated report or if it has saved parameters.)
