Editing a Field in File Submission Tracker

Prerequisites: The 'Tracker Page' and 'Administration Page' role functions must be enabled.

To edit a field in the File Submission Tracker:

  1. In the File Submission Tracker Configuration page, check the box next to the field to be edited.
  2. Click Edit. The field appears in the top row of the grid.
  3. You can make the following changes:
    1. Choose a different field from the Field drop-down menu.
    2. Edit the field label.
    3. Note: You cannot edit the Field ID.
  4. Click Apply. The change is saved and the new field appears in the original position in the grid list.
  5. (Optional) To change the position of the field as it appears in the File Submission Tracker, click the up and down arrow buttons to move the field up or down one space at a time. The change is saved each time you move the field.
