Alerts Properties Content Tab

The Content tab is the third tab in the AlertsA warning that is sent out in the form of an email and/or an in-system alert notification under defined circumstances (e.g. an abnormally high number of complaints or incidents are reported, a high severity incident occurs, or when a file is ignored for a given period of time). Alerts are created by your administrator and are triggered at defined intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). Properties dialog. This is where you can control the triggering conditions of the Alert. The format and actions available on this tab are determined by the alert type, which was selected when the alert was created (Creating Alerts): either Watchdog (Determining the Content for a Watchdog Alert), No Activity (Determining the Content for a No Activity Alert), Follow-up (Determining the Content for a Follow-up Activity Alert) or Volume (Determining the Content for a Volume Alert). Alerts will not trigger for conditions set on the tasks, reports, notes or folders associated with the file.

Note: Use the Advanced Query field if you wish to create alerts based on Inbox events. You will work closely with RLDatix to build the advanced query you require.
