Adding Tasks to a Follow-up

You can add a task to a follow-up action:

  1. Open a follow-up (not shown, see Adding a Follow-up Action).
  2. In the follow-up, from the follow-up tasks grid, click Add.
    The Followup TasksClosedA unit of work, such as a follow-up, review or request for information, which can be tied to a specific file. dialog opens. The process of adding tasks to a follow-up is very similar to adding a task from the Task Management page (see Adding and Modifying Tasks).
  3. Complete the fields (Adding and Modifying Tasks) and click OK. A new row appears in the Task grid.

    Note: The follow-up grid will also display an icon that indicates that a task exists with a follow-up.
