Viewing Partner Details

The ability to export files to RL-XMLAn XML format based on the taxonomy in an RL6 database. format, or basic file interchange, is available by default. If your organization wants to export files from RL6 and send them to a partner, the transformation, delivery and synchronization instructions must be purchased. These components are developed and installed by RLDatix. The File Interchange Partners page displays those partners that have been installed. You can open the partner record to view or modify the attributes used to transfer data from RL6 to the partners.

To view and modify partner details:

1. Click the Logged in as menu and click Admin Center. Under File Interchange, click the File Interchange Partners link (not shown).
2. Check the box next to a partner and click the Edit button. The File Interchange Partner Properties dialog opens.
3. Note: A lock icon appears next to the attributes that cannot be edited.
3. If desired, click the pencil icon next to one of the editable attributes.
4. Make modifications to the Value and click the disk icon to save your changes.
5. To create a copy, select a partner and click the Copy button. This copies all partner properties.
6. To rename a partner, select the partner and click Rename.
7. Click Exit to return to the File Interchange Partners page.
