Using Report Scripts

The Report Scripts page is used to upload custom reports created by RLDatix. When a report script has the status Active, it can be accessed through the Question Wizard.

Prerequisites: You must have the 'Report Scripts' role function enabled.

To use Report Scripts:

  1. Click the Logged in as menu and click Admin Center.
  2. Under the Reports section, click the Report Scripts link (not shown).
  3. Choose a Module to view its associated report scripts.
  4. Click Add to upload a new report script template (page 1).
  5. Note: Active report scripts are available for use in the Question Wizard.
  6. Select an existing report script to activate the following buttons:
    1. Open – to view or modify the report script (page 1).
    2. Delete – to remove the report script from the database. You must click Yes to confirm the deletion.
    3. Note: You should not delete report scripts upon which scheduled reports are based.
