Reset User Password

To reset a user's password:

  1. If the record has been saved or is an existing record, click Reset Password to open the Reset Password dialog.
  2. Note: For new users, the default password is the same as the User ID. An email is sent to users whose passwords have been reset.
  3. Enter the new password into the Temporary Password and Confirm Password fields.
  4. Check the box to require the new password be changed.
  5. Click OK.
