The dashboard below is meant for front-line staff, executives, and unit/department managers, and gives the current state of patient safety and feedback issues.

The attributes of this dashboard are as follows:

• Date – event date (Risk); entered date (Feedback)
• Conditions – file state = new, in-progress or closed
• ScopeThe files to which you have access. – off
• Top 5 EventA patient or employee related occurrence which is recorded in paper or electronic format. Once recorded, an event file is reviewed by a file manager who may involve other individuals (e.g. using tasks and follow-ups features) to help investigate and resolve the event. Types drill – General Event Type --> Specific Event Type
• Top 5 Categories drill – Category --> Sub-Category
