Email Service Status
The Email Service displays a check mark and status: “Service is up” when the email service is sending and receiving email messages normally. The email service will also be highlighted in a specific color to help you identify the status:
- Green – the “service is up” and there has been a successful connection to Email Sender Web Service API. Note: If the status is green (i.e. service is up) but there is a red exclamation icon, there may be issues related to the service which require your attention.
- Red – the “service is down” due to a failure to access (i.e. cannot connect, not installed, service stopped) the Email Sender Web Service API.
- Orange – the “status unavailable” indicates a failure to connect to RL6 GateWay. Note: the system accesses the Email Sender Web Service API through RL6 GateWay.
To view additional details, click on the arrow located at the right. A window expands to show information related to the service. See Email Service Status Details.
