Creating a Field Consumption Report

A Field Consumption report is used to determine how many additional custom fields per module can be created, based on your current license. The report displays the module, area (i.e., Administration), total number of custom fields purchased and the number of custom fields already created.

Prerequisites: You must be an administrator with access to the Report Center.

To create the Field Consumption Report:

  1. Open the Licenses page (page 1).
  2. Click the Field consumption report button.
    The report opens in Report Center.
