Constraint Clear Button Properties

The constraint clear button can be placed anywhere on the form and, when configured appropriately, resets all fields used in the selected constraint set. This is a helpful feature because clearing each field individually can take a lot of time; to change a selection in the first constrained field, the user must clear out all the other fields in order to see all possible values. When the constraint clear button has been added to the form, it takes one click to reset the fields.

Note: Constraint clear button is not available in forms used in the Mobile application or in responsive forms.

Field	Description

Constraint To Clear	Choose the constraint set that you would like to clear from the list.
Left Offset	When left blank, the constraint clear button aligns where the field’s entry box would normally appear. To align the object to the left of the column, enter 1. This value is entered in pixels.
Cols	Determines the width of the element within the cluster. The unit is the percentage of the cluster. Entering 50, for example, will make this element half the width of the cluster. When the field is blank, the element defaults to 100 percent of the cluster in which it resides.
