CSV Import Service Status
The CSVA Comma Separated Values file. Each row in the file represents a record. When opened in Microsoft Excel®, each value appears in its own cell; when opened in Notepad®, however, the record’s values are separated by commas. Import Service Status displays a check mark and status "Service is up" when the service is operating normally. It is also highlighted in a specific color to help you identify the status:
- Green – the “service is up”. This means that the service is available and operating normally.
- Red – the “service is down”. This means that the service is not available due to different reasons (i.e. cannot connect, not installed, service stopped).
- Orange – the “status unavailable” indicates failure to connect to RL6 GateWay.
To view additional details, click on the arrow located at the right. A window expands to show information related to the service. See CSV Import Service Status Details.
