Policy Year Fields

The table below describes the fields used to define a policy year. In addition to these values, the following rules apply:

  • A warning message is displayed when a Policy Year has start and end dates that overlap with another policy year.
  • Policy Years must contain at least one tier, which in turn contains at least one policy. A verification message appears when a new policy year is saved.
  • Policy Years appear in ascending chronological order.
